My goal is to help you make healthy choices by adopting simple and practical nutrition habits backed by science. I’m here to inspire and show you that eating healthy is doable and can be laid-back and fun.

I became a dietitian because I love food.

Growing up, I spent hours doing my two favorite things: playing sports and learning to cook. I fell in love with a healthy lifestyle centered around fitness and sharing tasty meals with friends and family. It felt natural to become a dietitian.

My nutrition approach is focused on balance and enjoyment.

I believe in eating all the foods you love but understanding the nutritional content behind those foods so you can make informed decisions that shape your health. I don’t believe in strict diets, rules, or going to extremes with your eating because those approaches don’t work. If you are looking for non-nonsense realistic nutrition information, you are in the right place.

I’m from Santa Cruz, CA and now live in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The pool and the beach! I love swimming and being outside.

favorite activities

I love sports (playing and watching). I like to compete in open water swims and runs. And I am also kind of obsessed with reading as much as possible. 

I have 9+ years of experience working in healthcare.

I have worked in various hospitals and clinics for most of my career, helping people manage multiple medical conditions. In the clinical nutrition world, I specialize in kidney disease. Through my website, I want to help you lead a healthful life so you can prevent illness and feel amazing in your body.
