I'm Karina, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health and Wellness Coach from California. I love food, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle. I'm on a mission to show you that making healthier food choices is enjoyable and possible for everyone. I’m not here to judge your food choices, put you on a strict diet, tell you to cut out food, or do exercise you don't enjoy. I'm here to teach you how to include all types of foods into your life in a healthy way.

I was born and raised in Santa Cruz, CA. I now live in Pacifica, CA with my boyfriend and our dog.

My happy place

The beach! I’m a swimmer and just like doing anything outdoors and water related.

favorite activities

I love sports (playing and watching) and compete in races for fun. I’m currently learning how to skateboard.

MY GOAL IS TO SHOW YOU THAT YOU CAN BALANCE EATING ALL THE FOODS YOU LOVE AND ACHIEVE GOOD HEALTH.

In my 8 years of experience working in healthcare, I have met so many people struggling with dieting and feeling unhappy with their eating. I understand your feelings of frustration with your nutrition and not knowing how to eat. I became a dietitian to help others, like you, adopt healthier eating habits that will help you feel amazing and stay healthy throughout life.

It is possible to feel happy and in control of your eating and confident in your body. You can create the balanced lifestyle that you dream about.
